Terms of the accommodation booking contract between [Cégnév] (the "Provider") and the booking guest.

Booking flow

Bookings are made on the website by selecting dates, party size, and apartment.

A booking is concluded upon the Provider's confirmation — the confirmation email carrying the booking code.

By finalising the booking, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR or HUF and include the cleaning fee.

Prices do not include the local tourist tax (mandatory in Croatia, per-guest daily rate, paid on arrival).

Payment is by card via SimplePay (OTP Mobil).

E-invoices are issued via Billingo with the billing details you provide.

Cancellation

More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

30—14 days before arrival: 50% refund.

Less than 14 days before arrival: no refund.

Force majeure may justify deviation from the above at the Provider's discretion.

Arrival and departure

Arrival from 15:00 on the arrival day, departure by 10:00 on the departure day.

Key handover happens at reception with a valid ID document.

The house rules are handed over in writing at check-in.

Guest responsibility

The guest is liable for damage caused intentionally or by negligence.

No smoking inside the apartment. Outside in designated areas only.

Pets only with prior agreement and under the agreed terms.

Force majeure

In case of natural disaster, power outage or official restrictions, the Provider is released from performance and refunds proportionally.

Disputes

Parties seek amicable resolution first.

Competent court: the court of the Provider's registered office.
